This interactive Executive Function Workshop is designed for youth ages 12–18 who want to improve organization, time management, focus, planning, and task completion. Through practical strategies and hands-on activities, participants will learn tools they can use to manage school responsibilities, reduce procrastination, and become more independent and confident.
