Who says WE can't have it ALL?
I am here to tell you, you can! Let's face it, at times there is and always will be chaos around because we are MOTHERS. But... with my help I will show you ways to create the skills needed to have less chaos or no chaos and have more JOY in your life. With the new room for joy and having it balanced together comes.... it ALL!
What do you want to do if you live in less chaos?!
About: Jessica Springer-Cap
Hello! My name is Jessica and I am the mother to 3 kiddos and one bonus kiddo, ages range from 2 to 12. I am the partner to the most amazing man (Jason) ever and together we have a beautiful little girl (2). All together we have the best 4 kiddos ever! My oldest (12) is a competitive dancer and dances 15 hours a week (not including competition weekends). My son (8) and stepson (8) both play flag football, basketball, baseball and anything else that gets them moving. My youngest (2) does library groups, playgroups with local resource centers and a tiny dancer class. You can find me driving back and forth to sports for the good part of my weeknights. When we are not at sports or spending time with family you can find us traveling! Jason and I love showing our children our country and how incredible it is.
I am a professor at 2 universities where I teach life skills! I earned a masters degree in education from Post University, CT. I love teaching my students about time management, goal setting, study skills, note taking and much more. I enjoy learning and am always finding a way to attend a seminar or webinar where I can learn something to teach my students about. I hope to enroll in a doctoral program in the fall where I will work towards my doctorate in Educational Leadership.
I volunteer in my local community as a Co-President of my daughter's middle school PTO. In the PTO I am also fundraising a ton for the school and have found great pleasure in helping the school raise money! I am also passionate about early childhood education, you can find me volunteering my time at our local early childhood collaborative in town. With this organization I am a parent ambassador that works with local families in the community. I am also a Parent Leadership graduate (PLTI) and love leading anywhere that is needed in my community.
